Dr. Payne
Born and raised in Chattanooga, Dr. Payne is honored to offer personalized, quality dental care to those from his hometown and its surrounding areas. As a 1996 graduate of the University of Tennessee Health Sciences Center College of Dentistry, he offers clinical expertise, years of experience, and a deep passion for the art of dentistry.
Nestled on the banks of the Tennessee River at the end of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Dr. Payne’s office is located on the third floor of one of the few Gold Leaf LEED certified buildings in Chattanooga. This stringent certification is awarded to structures specifically designed for environmental sustainability, both environmentally and socially.
Dr. Payne is a member of the American Dental Association, the Tennessee Dental Association, and a Board member of the Chattanooga Area Dental Society.
When not in the office, you will find Dr. Payne enjoying time with his family. He particularly enjoys music and the outdoors.
